Shipping Notice 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@djnana.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

We offer standard shipping across North America. The delivery time for standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days.

Local Delivery

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer local delivery.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping outside of North America. Please check our website regularly for any changes.
